With over 20 years’ experience in the sport, exercise, & health industry I have a comprehensive approach to sports and soft tissue therapy.  I started as a personal trainer, then obtained a Masters in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. I then worked in sports science labs and taught at Masters level in Sports Nutrition. Over the years I have been exposed to different types of rehabilitation, training modalities, and interventions via courses and research.   I am Level 4 VTCT sports massage qualified, I first learned “sports massage” in 2007 needless to say the industry and the science has evolved since then. I am a member of The Sports Therapy Association to ensure I stay up to date with evidence-based practice, this means I regularly keep myself updated with research in the field.  I offer a comprehensive and person-centred approach to soft tissue therapy (massage is a part of this) with each treatment/session being tailored to your individual needs to facilitate health, healing, and wellbeing.  Check out my treatments section to see which will suit you.
